A node added at index (or, when !added, taken from there), with the wires from its outputs into other nodes' inputs and the lane overrides of every wire into or out of it.
The nodes after it move up or down one, and every endpoint, WireKey and z-order entry with them. Endpoints and keys are as they are while it's there.
