One node of a node view.

internal: pos at drag start
tachyon::int2 tachyon::NodeModel::lastSize = {}
outer-rect size from last frame's layout
bool tachyon::NodeModel::collapsed = false
rows hidden, header only (double-click toggles)
bool tachyon::NodeModel::reroute = false
A reroute: a dot that a wire passes through, a waypoint, instead of a box.
Its first row's input (one wire in) and output (any number out) meet in the dot; no header or other rows show. pos is the top-left of its two-grid-cell square, so the dot sits on a grid point. See RerouteWireEdit.
